Ken and his group did an excellent job! Our bathroom is amazing! The tiling was not an easy task, since the floor was not very level.

J Powell , Richmond

Robert, the CEO,was the most courteous and polite salesman that I\'ve had the pleasure of doing business with. What I found amazing, was that the installers were just as courteous. They did a terrific job. If your bathroom needs remodelings, I recommend 5 Star Bath Solutions 100%.

They installed an oversized shower base and shower door for us a couple of years ago. The customer service and installation were great. I requested last week to have a non-skid surface applied to the shower base. In a matter of days this request was fulfilled. This was a small job for them but they were very expedient in doing. Would highly recommend this company for any \"Bath Solutions\".

It was great your guys ma saved to get the bath done in time for me to bring my mom home from the hospital in time for her to be happy in the last then days she had with us. She said she felt like a queen in such a beautiful shower. Thank you for making mama smile.

My experience with Five Star Bath Solutions was one that made me feel like they were working for me and with me, by providing five-star service. For example, the workers were personable, very conscious of keeping my floors free of dust tracking because of the many trips they had to do traveling up and down my stairs after cutting the pieces for my shower. Most importantly, they used quality materials and they took their time to explain what we had to do to care for our new walk-in shower. I am very pleased and happy to recommend them to anyone who wants what they\'ve paid for, high quality work.

Five Star Bath Solutions did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were expedient in working with me to design a bathroom remodel that made sense to me given my goals, they were flexible around my schedule, their prices were reasonable across the board, their contractors were professional and courteous (especially relevant during a pandemic!), and Rob in-particular was nice to coordinate with. I definitely plan on using them again in the future for further remodels, and I recommend them for others as well!
